Printing Services:

What types of printing services do you offer?

We offer just about anything most people need, but please visit our Printing Services page for a complete list.

Can you print custom sizes or special materials?

We definitely can.

Please contact us to discuss specifics and we’ll be able to tell you what we can definitely do.

Do you offer design services?

We do.

We have an in-house designer who’s quite good and we’re fortunate to have him, to be honest.

What file formats do you accept?

Just about anything.

We work with Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw, PSDs, PDFs, high-resolution JPGs and more.

Please contact us about it if you use specific files not listed above.

Do you provide proofing before printing?

We do, and it’s part of our overall process to ensure you are getting what you expect.

We would never start a printing job without it being signed-off by the client.

Ordering & Turnaround:

How long will my order take?

It depends on the order, but we can normally offer next day printing on most projects.

Can you do same-day or rush printing?

For faster printing services, we do offer same day, next day and delivery options for an extra fee.

What is the minimum or maximum order quantity?

We place no limits on amounts, however we may need to charge a little extra to accommodate smaller orders.

For example, a minimum charge of $5.00 applies to all one-item prints (like copies or resumes).

How do I place an order?

You can easily start the ordering process by visiting our Printing Quotes page and completing the form along with uploading your files.

Once we’ve received it, we’ll reach out to confirm your specifications and make sure we’ve got it all right.

Past that, we can confirm a final version before we begin and then it’s just a matter of getting it done and getting it to you.

Can I order online or do I need to visit in person? Do you offer delivery or pickup options?

We can do all of this online and over the telephone and you can either visit the shop to pick your order up or we can have it delivered (for an additional fee).

Or you can visit us here at the shop to start the process, whatever works best for you works for us.

If you do want to do all of this in person, please be sure to add your files to a memory stick and bring it with you.

Pricing & Payment:

How much will my print job cost?

We include general pricing on every product page, so you’ll at least have a fairly clear idea of what you’ll be paying.

We also have specialized & rush printing services, which may include additional costs, like same day printing of several items + local delivery.

That said, ALL of our pricing is very competitive (relative to our competition) and you will always know what the total amount is going to be BEFORE we print anything.

We pride ourselves on providing transparent pricing and there are never any surprises for you.

Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?

We might, depending on what you’re ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?

The standard payment types, such as cash, credit cards and e-Transfers.

We unfortunately do not accept personal cheques.

Do you require a deposit?

We usually do, and the amount will depend on your order amount.

We’ll definitely discuss it with you once you’ve reached out and we know what you are going to order from us.

Quality & Materials:

What types of paper, finishes, and binding options are available?

All kinds, in fact too many to list here.

If you have a special or specific request, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you on it.

Do you offer eco-friendly or recycled printing options?

It depends on the project, but we are definitely committed to responsible printing and do offer some vegetable inks and recycled paper products to our clients.

We also no longer use offset printing, as digital is much more effective both in the quality of the printing and in reducing the amount of toxic chemicals associated with it.

Ask us about it when you reach out and we’ll tell you what’s available.

Can you color match to my brand?

We definitely can.

Branding is a huge part of what we do for our clients and we think you’ll be quite pleased with what we can do for you as well.

Special Projects:

Do you print business cards, posters, booklets, banners, and signs?

We do.

Can you handle large-format or specialty projects?

We can definitely handle large format projects, like posters & signs, for example.

Do you offer promotional product printing (t-shirts, mugs, etc.)?

It will depend on the project, however we have partnered-up with some great companies who do most of those types of printing and will refer you to them if need be.

Customer Support:

Can someone help me choose the right printing option for my project?

For sure, and this is also part of our process.

We’ll help assist you if need to be to ensure your project turns out just how you’d like it to, no problem.

What if I’m not satisfied with the print job? Do you offer reprints or refunds?

Our process all but ensures that a client’s project will turn out as they had hoped.

But, in the event that isn’t the case (which is almost never), we’ll be happy to discuss those options with you.

Do you work with businesses as well as individuals?

For sure.

We’ll work with most anyone, including individuals, small businesses, corporations, educational institutions, charities and more.

Can you store my files for future reorders?

Yes, and we typically do so automatically, anyway.

We never know when someone is going to reach out again and it’s always better for us to be prepared for such an instance.
